A national filter that identifies unwanted chemicals is automatically activated when creating projects in Cobuilder Collaborate. The national filter has been developed by authorities, industry associations and contractors with branches in various disciplines to meet the needs of all parties in the construction industry.

It's also possible to add additional requirements related to chemical substances on company level.

If you make changes to the chemical requirements on company level, your existing projects will not be affected by the change. New projects will receive the new chemical requirements.

Go to Risk & Safety management from the menu on the top and select Company Chemical Requirements.

Here you will find the requirements that have been set up for the project. To edit them, click on Edit Company Chemical Requirements.

NB! Some hazard statements, CAS numbers and chemical lists are greyed out as they are part of the National chemical requirements in Norway and are therefore obligatory.

1. Hazard statements - they represent the dangers that a dangerous substance or mixture of substances may cause when using. If you want to add additional hazard statements, you can search for the code or description in the field, and then select the one that is relevant.

Make sure you do not insert a space after the code / description:

You can then continue in the same way with the other sections:

2. Supplemental hazard information (EU) - The EU has decided to introduce its own EUH statements for further information.

3. CAS NO. - unique numerical identification codes for chemical compounds, polymers, mixtures, etc.

4. Chemical lists - you can find out what kind of substances they contain by clicking on View substances:
