Go to the Risk & Safety Management-tab from the menu on the top and select Risk management templates.



Choose an existing risk management template, click on the three dots to the right and choose Duplicate.



You can see that the information is already prefilled with the same parameters as the ones from the risk management template you are duplicating. You can start by choosing Frequency of use and Exposure level. Then you can click on the Next step button.



Next step is Elimination. You can expand all of the fields by clicking on the pen to the left and make the necessary changes. You can also write comments. If you would like to revise all steps one by one, you can use the Next step button.



When you are done with all the changes, you can click on the Save button. A new window will appear where you will have to name the new risk management template. Then you can click on Save again.
