A national filter that identifies unwanted chemicals is automatically activated when creating projects in Cobuilder Collaborate. The national filter has been developed by authorities, industry associations and contractors with branches in various disciplines to meet the needs of all parties in the construction industry.

It's also possible to add additional requirements related to chemical substances to your project.

Search for your project in My projects and click on it:

Click on the checkbox symbol from the menu on the left. Collaborate users are notified when a newer version of a chemical list is available and they can switch to it as an active choice.

Select the second category - Chemical requirements:

Here you will find the requirements that have been set up for the project. To edit them, click on Edit Requirements:

1. Hazard statements - they represent the dangers that a dangerous substance or mixture of substances may cause when using. If you want to add additional hazard statements, you can search for the code or description in the field, and then select the one that is relevant.

Make sure you do not insert a space after the code / description:

The hazard statement is then added to the project.

You can then continue in the same way with the other sections:

2. Supplemental hazard information (EU) - The EU has decided to introduce its own EUH statements for further information.

3. CAS NO. - unique numerical identification codes for chemical compounds, polymers, mixtures, etc.

4. Chemical lists - you can find out what kind of substances they contain by clicking on View substances. You can see if there is a new version of the chemical list and also use the filter on the top right to see only the ones that have received a newer version.

To save the changes, click on Save at the bottom of the page:

It is also possible to add Checklist A20 2012 or 2016 (BREEAM-NOR) to the chemical requirements without activating the BREEAM filter on the project. You will then get deviations on chemicals that contain substances from Checklist A20 without having to meet additional BREEAM requirements:
