If you don't find the product you are looking for when searching in the database by product name or identifiers (e.g. article number, GTIN barcode, etc.), manufacturer or construction object, you can send us a product request.

Click on Request new product:

Fill in product details, upload a relevant document and click on Send.

In order to send the request, you need to specify the document type:

The request will then be sent to and processed by the Support team.

You will receive a notification by email as soon as the product has been created in our system. It will be automatically added on the project you sent the request from.
