Search for your project in My projects and click on it:



Select Chemicals in order to open the list with the Safety Data Sheets which are added to the project.



You will see the Export All-option:



You have following two choices. Option List of chemicals only generates a report in excel format containing SDS name, QA status, etc. Click the Export button to download the report.



The report looks like this:



If you select the second option Files, you can choose how the SDS-es will be organized. You will also get the option to export the same report as shown above. After entering your email, click Enter and the Export button will then be highlighted in blue.



You will shortly receive an email with a link that you must click on in order to generate the export:


In a few seconds, a ZIP-file containing a folder with the SDS-es will be downloaded, as well as the excel report (if the Include List of chemicals option has been selected in the previous step):


There is also a shortcut that allows you to select the SDS-es by checking the boxes as shown in the picture:



You can select all SDS-es in the Chemical list in one and by clicking on Export selected SDS you will come to the Export functionality described above:
