In order to access an overview of all risk management plans created in your company, select Risk management from the top menu.
NB: This menu option is only available to users with the following rights:
- Company admin – the user is able to manage all the projects in the company’s account, create users and update the company profile
- Company user – the user has access to all projects in the company’s account without being able to make any changes.
Click on Company risk management list.
A list of all risk management plans created in your company will appear on your screen.
Risk management plans created by your subcontractors will not be available in this overview.
Click on Risk Values & Template to access additional information about column names and values.
You can easily perform a quality assessment of your company risk management plans by going through the list and checking the status and comments that have been added.
Click on the three dots to the right and select View.
You can choose to sort the chemicals by health risk value (H), environment risk value (E), safety risk value (S), highest risk value of the three (M) or risk assessment value (RAV - the value of risk that comes from the chemical's intended use, frequency of use and inherent hazards before creating a risk management plan).
Click on the name of the column you wish to sort by.
In order to filter the chemicals by conclusion, click on the arrow next to Conclusion. You can choose by risk level - low, medium or high, or status - eliminated or substituted:
