NB! The functionality is available only to company admin users.

Go to Risk & Safety management from the top menu bar.

Choose Group of alternative chemicals.

You get an overview over all groups with alternative chemicals in the organization. Click on + Create Group in order to create a new group.

You can begin searching for chemicals by clicking on Add chemicals to the group.

You can search for chemicals in the Cobuilder database (goBIM) or among the products that have already been used on the projects in the organisation (Company products).
Choose the desired source from the drop-down menu, fill in the chemical's name and click Search.

In the list of results you see which products the Safety data sheet is connected to, the product type (construction object) and the manufacturer of the product. Click on the plus symbol or anywhere on the row in order to add the chemical. 

Under Selected chemicals you see the chemicals you have added to the group. 

Click on the minus symbol if you want to remove the chemical. When you have added all the chemicals you want to have in the group (up to 10) click on Done.

Give a name to the group of the alternative chemicals and add a comment to the group. Click on Save when you are done.
